This policy covers the website islandpondgroup.com. Booking a meeting with us is covered by the scheduling privacy policy, and Island Pond Social has its own privacy policy.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, and you can read all of it without telling us who you are.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and your message. We use them to reply to you and to follow up on your request. The same applies if you email or call us.

That information is stored in Island Pond Harbor, the customer management system we built and operate, and with the service providers that host it and handle our email. We keep it for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain our business records.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use islandpondgroup.com, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. Google Analytics uses cookies. Visitors in California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before these cookies are set and can change their choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

To decide whether to show that notice, the site checks the country and US state your connection appears to come from. We do not keep that information.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts are served by Google Fonts. Like any website host, these services receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the pages.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site works the same without them. Google also offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics on every site you visit.

Selling information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share what you send us with third parties for their marketing.
